This color CCTV camera has a 1/3-inch Panasonic CCD video sensor for excellent image pickup, and a digital signal processing chipset. We've placed these essential camera parts into a tough weatherproof and vandal resistant case.

While nothing is really "vandal proof", this camera is designed to take a beating. The case is tested to withstand hammer blows, so it will shrug off a rock or a bottle. Casual attempts to re-aim the camera by grabbing it and turning it will fail thanks to Interlocking "teeth" in the bracket.

Image quality protection like white balance and auto-backlight compensation are standard. An ashperical lens cuts down on focus shift when switching between infrared mode and non-infrared mode. Other features include auto exposure, aperture correction, anti-color rolling and a bank of infrared LEDs that let the camera see on the darkest night.
